Boosting female entrepreneurs
An equal share of men and women at Erasmus University Rotterdam – that’s the goal of the Female Entrepreneur Fund. And there’s still a lot to do.
Currently, only 21% of the professors at the university are female. We discuss this phenomenon with alumna Olivia Manse, a management trainee at Ahold Delhaize and part of the fund supported by RSM and the Erasmus Trustfonds.
As we walk along the Kralingse Plas, Olivia tells RSM alumnus Geert Maarse and us more about the fund and in which ways it contributes to gender equality.
